Andreas Kirchner

Andreas Kirchner is Deputy Head of the Scientific Services Department of the German Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR). Before that, he was Open Access Officer at the University of Konstanz and coordinated the open-access.network project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Andreas is a co-editor of various books on film aesthetics and camerawork, a co-founder of the Büchner-Verlag and a board member of the international open access initiative ScholarLed.
