Imme Klages

Imme Klages is a postdoctoral researcher in Film Studies at Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz and former co-project leader of the DFG-funded project Mapping German Film Exile (2021–2025). Her research focuses on the exile of German-speaking filmmakers (1930–1950), remigration and postwar cinema, digital film historiography, and transnational networks.
